Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, or Talent Management, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and security.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday certification in one or more modules.
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Composite, or Matrix reports).
  • Exposure to Workday integrations and third-party vendor management.
  • Experience with global HR systems or large-scale Workday implementations
