Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, or Talent Management, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or Consultant.
Strong hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
In-depth understanding of Workday business processes, configurations, and security.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certification in one or more modules.
Experience with Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Composite, or Matrix reports).
Exposure to Workday integrations and third-party vendor management.
Experience with global HR systems or large-scale Workday implementations
