Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst with expertise in Workday Financial Management, Workday Accounting Center (WAC), Workday Reporting, and Finance Integrations. The ideal candidate will support Workday Finance configuration, reporting, financial data reconciliation, business processes, integrations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Workday Financial Management and Workday Accounting Center (WAC).
  • Manage accounting rules, journal entries, event processing, and financial reconciliations.
  • Support data conversion, validation, financial reporting, and Chart of Accounts.
  • Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Configure business processes, security, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with integration teams and support testing, UAT, and Workday releases.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, IFRS, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Workday Functional/Finance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Accounting Center (WAC).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management (GL, Financial Reporting & Analytics).
  • Experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, Prism).
  • Expertise in Business Process Configuration, Security, and Workday Setup.
  • Strong financial data reconciliation experience.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, RAAS, WQL, SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, STAT, SOX, and multi-entity/multi-currency accounting.
  • Experience with Finance Data Hub and integrations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure Databricks integrations.
  • Workday Benefits Administration.
  • Cloud Connect for Benefits.
  • Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management experience.
