In the position of Workday Financials Analyst, you will serve as the Finance department's primary subject matter expert and functional lead for Workday Financial Management. In this position you will partner with Finance leadership, Information Technology, and key stakeholders to support the successful implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing use of Workday Financials. The role represents business needs, supports process improvement initiatives, facilitates testing and training efforts, and helps ensure Workday solutions align with the organization's operational, reporting, compliance, and strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Defined Education: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferences: Experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials; experience with ERP implementation, optimization, or post-implementation support; healthcare, public sector, nonprofit or governmental environments preferred
Substitutions: May substitute relevant work experience for education on a year-for-year basis
Years' Experience: Five (5) years
Defined Experience: Progressively responsible experience leading cross functional efforts involving system implementation, testing, stakeholder engagement, or process improvement within financial systems, ERP systems, finance operations, business process analysis or a related field.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License; Workday Certification preferred
Special Courses: None
Supervisory Experience: None
