Job description

Position Summary

Prisma is seeking a Platform & Integrations Engineer to support the continued growth of dokshop, our enterprise eCommerce, fulfillment, and customer experience platform.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across application development, integrations, APIs, databases, and client implementations. You will help connect dokshop to ERP systems, warehouse management systems, identity providers, reporting platforms, and customer environments while supporting ongoing platform enhancements.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on execution. You will work closely with senior leaders, architects, developers, and migration teams to deliver scalable solutions without carrying full architectural ownership or people-management responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities

Client & Enterprise Integrations

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between dokshop and external platforms.
  • Assist with implementations involving:
    • SAML SSO
    • Azure AD
    • Okta
    • Workday
    • Veracore
    • Procurement platforms
    • Warehouse and fulfillment systems
  • Build and maintain APIs, data interfaces, and automated data exchanges.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues during onboarding and production support.

Application Development

  • Contribute code across both front-end and back-end components of dokshop.
  • Support custom client functionality and site enhancements.
  • Participate in feature delivery and modernization initiatives.
  • Help improve maintainability, security, and scalability of existing codebases.

Data & Reporting

  • Develop SQL queries, views, and data extracts.
  • Support the growth of dokshop's data lake and reporting infrastructure.
  • Assist in building datasets and integrations that enable analytics without impacting production performance.
  • Work with business stakeholders to validate and troubleshoot reporting requirements.

Platform Operations

  • Monitor data quality, integration performance, and system health.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues.
  • Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and release readiness.
  • Participate in code reviews and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience developing both front-end and back-end applications.
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs, SOAP services, or EDI/cXML-based systems.
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with authentication technologies such as:
    • SAML
    • OAuth
    • Azure AD
    • Okta
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with business users and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
