About the Role

The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in providing accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making within our organization. This position is ideal for highly skilled and detail-oriented professionals who excel in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that drive business growth and profitability. As an FP&A Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and senior management, to ensure data-driven decisions that contribute to Pinnacle Fertility’s success.

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare key metric and financial presentations for senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics, comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and providing meaningful insights to management.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business stakeholders to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within the finance department and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced financial reporting and analysis practices.

Position Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
    • Proficient in Python and SQL required
    • Masters of Science in Mathematical Finance & Financial Technology or Financial Engineering. (preferred)
  • Experience
    • 4-5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with financial statements and general accounting concepts.
    • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to perform a variety of analyses.
