When you join BW Design Group as a Sr. Strategic TA Partner, you are joining a team that will challenge you and position you for growth. In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.

This role will be onsite at one of our office locations in St. Louis, MO; King of Prussia, PA; or Alpharetta, GA. Candidates must be willing to work in one of these locations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the recruiting process for assigned Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) positions, including job description customization, Workday requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and completion of pre-boarding process
  • Partner with executive leadership and guide hiring decisions
  • Track and report on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Lead calls and meetings with AEC leaders to influence and drive the recruiting process
  • Understand and report on recruitment performance metrics
  • Provide proactive, timely, and responsive recruitment process communication and updates to leaders, hiring managers, support teams, peers, and candidates
  • Enter timely and complete requisition and candidate notes in Workday
  • Strive for a positive candidate experience regardless of hiring outcome
  • Successfully execute multiple recruiting project responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening relationships with our stakeholders

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiter experience with an ENR ranked AEC industry firm
  • Experience as an in-office corporate recruiter
  • Proven track record of networking and hiring architecture, engineering, and construction firm leaders
  • Experience networking and hiring Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Principals and other senior leaders for AEC firms
  • Experience sourcing and hiring registered architects, professional engineers, and construction qualifiers
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of AEC firm organizational design and structure
  • Demonstrated understanding of competencies and technical skills associated with AEC candidates
  • Experience in market analysis, researching industry trends, monitoring competitor activities and tracking market conditions
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and guiding hiring decisions
  • Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies including sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines
  • Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and a successful record of hiring difficult to find AEC leaders, licensed engineers and architects, and construction professionals
  • Strong abilities with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and online resources
  • Bachelor's degree (highly preferred)
