Job Summary:
ClifyX is a company seeking a Workday Analyst/Developer who will focus on system configuration, business process design, and reporting within Workday HCM. The role involves configuring Workday processes, developing reports, and partnering with HR to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Supervisory Organizations, Security Groups, and Cost Centers.
• Develop custom reports using Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards for HR stakeholders.
• Design, test, and deploy inbound/outbound integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
• Partner with HR to understand needs and transform them into functional specifications, driving automation and streamlining efficiency.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and provide post-production support to troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM functional configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
• Proficiency in creating complex reports and calculated fields.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams.
