Hours: Part time
Workability is a dynamic, department of local non-profit UCP of Southern Arizona. Workability is an individualized and supportive employment program dedicated to preparing people with disabilities for sustainable work opportunities. Join our team and you will be part of a mission-driven not-for-profit with cool, creative colleagues and clients.

Job Duties
Complete required WorkAbility Job Coach Trainings
Support our clients in their workforce readiness journey in ways such as
Teaching pre-employment skills and classes to help set clients up for success
Providing instruction and guidance while the individual is learning their job
Provide ongoing support to ensure the individual is maintaining their skills and is successful at their job
Providing feedback and documentation of client performance as required
Building and maintaining professional relationships with employers to instill best practices and demonstrate the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities.
Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with our clients, families, businesses, and our administrative team
Commit to ongoing training and continued development of skillset
Ensure that any needed trainings/certifications requirements are kept up to date
Adhere to all agency policies and requirements
Minimum Requirements
18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
Hold or eligible to obtain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and DES/CPS/APS clearance
Hold or ability to obtain CPR/FA certification
Ability to lift 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of active individuals
Proficient Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Google Drive, emails etc.
Ability to work independently and also collaborate in a team environment
Must have strong verbal/written communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate business professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree in Behavioral Health, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
Two years years working with individuals with disabilities as a job coach, teaching assistant, habilitation provider, etc.
Bilingual
