Job description

The Human Resources Work Study will assist members of the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, providing a comprehensive introduction to the core functions of the HR department. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and trust. Maintaining confidentiality is essential.

Additional Information:

  • Hiring for Fall 2026 semester, starting in April to learn role and responsibilities.

    • Copying, organizing, and preparing personnel files

    Technical & Administrative Skills

    • Completing data entry and document preparation

    • Prioritizing assignments and managing time effectively

    Teamwork & Culture

    • Helping coordinate HR events such as holiday meals and office decorating

    • Contributing to a positive workplace culture through teamwork and adaptability
