  • Deliver cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving patients’ range of motion and mobility, reducing reliance on medications, and exploring non-surgical options.
  • Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation process to optimize functioning and promote adherence to their treatment plans.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly, documenting all patient care services and outcomes meticulously, and maintaining clear communication with both patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Encourage healthy lifestyle habits by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through tailored fitness and wellness programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Holistic Wellness Center primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, focusing on those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patient population includes active individuals seeking recovery from sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist here, you will play a crucial role in guiding each patient through their unique recovery journeys and helping them achieve their functional goals.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
  • Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional competence in creating and executing exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred, as this role requires specialized knowledge relevant to this patient population.
