Job Title: HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities and Expectations

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring our customers' homes remain comfortable and energy efficient.

Key Tasks

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and thermostats.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and system performance checks.
  • Identify and communicate repair and replacement options to homeowners.
  • Respond to service calls promptly, providing courteous and efficient solutions.
  • Accurately document all service activities and customer interactions.
  • Educate homeowners on proper system care and energy efficiency practices.
  • Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean and safe condition.
  • Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Prior Residential and Commercial HVAC experience with a minimum of 2 years residential.
  • Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (if applicable).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
