Full-Time, In-Office Dispensary Supervisor
Join Minnesota Urology and lead a patient-centered, high-quality In-Office Dispensary (IOD) program.
As the In-Office Dispensary Supervisor, you will oversee daily dispensing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, support accreditation readiness, and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee daily In-Office Dispensary operations across multiple clinic locations
  • Coordinate program support functions to ensure efficient, compliant dispensing services
  • Partner with organizational leaders to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous accreditation readiness, including ACHC standards
  • Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory changes affecting in-office dispensing practices
  • Analyze operational and quality data, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Foster effective communication among providers, staff, and leadership teams
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise dispensary staff to support professional growth and high performance
Qualifications
Required:
  • Certified or Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience with split-billing and/or specialty pharmacy software such as Liberty or PioneerRx
  • Working knowledge of ACHC Specialty Pharmacy and Dispensing Accreditation standards
  • Three or more years of healthcare supervisory or management experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present information clearly
