Position: Trusted In-Office Telehealth Provider (PA/NP)

Company Overview:
Our client is a beloved New York based telehealth organization dedicated to providing fast, accessible, and high-quality virtual medical care. They serve patients with common, low-acuity health concerns and focus on delivering convenient treatment, accurate guidance, and compassionate support. They are seeking a mid-level and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their in-office telehealth team.
Role Overview:
This is an in-office telehealth role based in Brooklyn, NY. The Provider delivers real-time virtual visits while working onsite, supported by a field-based care model. Medical Assistants are dispatched to patients homes to obtain vitals and perform appropriate point-of-care testing. The Provider then connects with the patient via secure video to complete the visit.
Visits focus on common, low-acuity conditions such as strep, flu, COVID-19, eye and ear infections, rashes,
and similar concerns. Responsibilities include clinical evaluation, patient education, appropriate prescribing,
and timely documentation.
Schedule & Hours:
This practice is open:
Monday-Thursday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday (evening): 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
We're looking for someone who can work full-time at their discretion between weekday and weekend hours, with some weekend availability. Weekend shifts are balanced out with time off during weekdays.
Highly qualified part-time candidates with strong availability during both weekday and weekend hours will also be considered.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual visits and assess patients for low-acuity conditions.
  • Provide education and treatment guidance for common illnesses.
  • Prescribe medications and complete related documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to support patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow telehealth best practices.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Active NY State license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • Prior telemedicine experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Availability for evening hours and weekends.
