5E Real Estate is looking for a friendly and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of keeping our daily operations organized and running efficiently. You’ll help with calendars, scheduling, paperwork, vendor coordination, tenant documentation, and keeping our systems updated and accurate.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Calendar management & scheduling (sending invites, managing timelines)
  • Meeting setup & coordination
  • Ordering office supplies & maintaining organization
  • Setting up utilities for properties
  • Lease & tenant paperwork support
  • Collecting and organizing tenant documentation
  • Scheduling repairs & coordinating vendors
  • Data entry & document management
  • Preparing document packets & permit paperwork
  • Running occasional local errands
  • Updating spreadsheets (no creation required — just maintaining accuracy)
  • Following structured daily and weekly processes
What Success Looks Like
  • Accurately following established processes and workflows
  • Completing daily/weekly tasks consistently and on time
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and up-to-date records
  • Ensuring all steps are completed when new contracts come in
  • Strong attention to detail
