Job SummaryThis position is responsible for oversight of clinical reviews for applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. This position serves as a subject matter expert and consultant within the behavioral health clinical team on autism spectrum disorder cases and aba services. Conduct and document peer-to-peer reviews with external aba providers and consult on aba cases being reviewed by appeals staff. Develop and/or oversee team training and present data and reporting to behavioral health leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Licensed as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral (BCBA-D)
  • Valid, current license in good standing in state of operations
  • 3 years BCBA-D clinical experience in conducting/supervising ABA treatment
  • Verbal and communication skills
  • Analytical and decision making skills
  • PC and database experience.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Utilization Review experience
  • Managed care experience
  • Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting or behavioral health private practice and/or behavioral health care management
