Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling in Suwanee, GA is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to schedule appointments and provide general office support. This admin position earns a startingcompetitive wage of $17 to $20 per hour. Room for advancement is available.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the cheerful voice of our company. When clients call, you answer the phone and greet them with a friendly attitude. Depending on their specific needs, you answer their questions, connect them with the information they're looking for, or forward their message to the appropriate person. If they're calling about a service need, you help them get it scheduled.
