Job description

Nicole Hupp and Associates is looking for an experienced Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing Allstate agency.


This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who already understands insurance service, policy changes, billing questions, renewals, customer follow up, retention, and agency workflows.


The right person will be dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working independently from home while staying connected with the team. You must be able to manage customer service requests, communicate clearly, document activity accurately, and keep customers moving in the right direction.


Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Prior Allstate experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone, email, and agency systems with policy questions and service requests


Handle billing questions, policy changes, proof of insurance, document requests, renewals, and general account support


Provide professional support to customers while helping them understand their coverage and options


Review accounts for potential retention issues and help resolve customer concerns


Support agency retention efforts through follow up, renewal reviews, and proactive service


Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in agency systems


Work closely with the sales and service team to ensure customer needs are handled quickly and correctly


Stay organized while managing multiple customer requests throughout the day


Maintain strong communication with the team while working remotely


Follow agency procedures, Allstate guidelines, and compliance expectations


Requirements

Minimum 5 years of insurance customer service experience required


Property and Casualty insurance experience required


Active Property and Casualty license preferred


Allstate experience strongly preferred


Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred


Prior remote work experience preferred


Strong understanding of personal lines insurance including auto, home, renters, and umbrella


Ability to handle billing, policy changes, coverage questions, renewals, and customer concerns


Strong communication skills and professional phone presence


Highly organized with strong attention to detail


Comfortable using agency management systems, email, phone systems, and customer service tools


Self motivated and able to work independently from home


Reliable high speed internet and quiet professional workspace required


Must be responsive and available during scheduled work hours
