  • Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or Zoom to identify the right coverage options
  • Present and explain policy options from our network of 60+ carriers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and track your daily activity
  • Attend weekly virtual training and team meetings
  • Work toward leadership and the ability to build and manage your own team
Compensation
  • $800 to $1,200 commission per closed sale
  • Part-time agents (20 hrs/week) typically earn $50,000 to $80,000 in year one with consistent activity
  • Full-time agents typically earn $80,000 to $120,000 once established; top performers earn significantly more
  • Paid weekly
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses available
  • Long-term override income available through team building
What we provide
  • Warm inbound leads and outbound follow-up opportunities (lead cost structure discussed during interview)
  • Licensing assistance — we will walk you through how to obtain your Life and Health License if you do not already have one
  • Step-by-step onboarding and a dedicated mentor for your first 90 days
  • Access to products from 60-plus insurance carriers so you can match every client with the right fit
  • Clear path to team leadership and passive override income
Who does well in this role

You do not need a background in finance or insurance. The following backgrounds consistently produce strong first-year consultants:

  • Real estate, mortgage, or banking
  • Retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Military veterans and first responders

  • Any previous commission or performance-based sales role
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident currently living in the United States
  • Fully remote role
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Life and Health Insurance License required before start date — or demonstrated willingness to obtain quickly (exam prep resources provided)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
Benefits
  • Flexible schedule — work full time or part time
  • Work from home
  • Weekly pay
  • 100% Uncapped commission structure
  • Mentorship and ongoing training
  • Leadership and team-building opportunities
