Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

  • Develop clear project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and accurate execution.
  • Lead project meetings to maintain transparency, track progress, and address concerns early.
Client & Stakeholder Relations

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring open communication and a positive experience throughout the project.
