Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster II
100% Remote (Work From Home) Nevada, Texas & Arizona Claims Experience Required

EMPLOYERS is seeking an experienced Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster II to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-exposure, and litigated workers' compensation claims while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Independently manage complex workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.

  • Analyze claim exposures and establish appropriate reserves.

  • Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and internal stakeholders to drive claim outcomes.

  • Review litigation strategies, evaluate settlements, and negotiate claim resolutions.

  • Ensure compliance with Texas, Arizona, and Nevada workers' compensation laws.

  • Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert on complex claims.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience, including complex claims handling.

  • Strong experience handling claims in Texas, Arizona, and/or Nevada.

  • Extensive knowledge of workers' compensation laws, litigation management, and claim resolution strategies.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Insurance designations such as WCCP, AIC, ARM, or CPCU are a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
