Hours & Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs p/w, Mon-Fri
Location: Dedham, MA

Salary: Starting at $23-$27 per hour based on certification, education, and experience

The DCH Preschool is seeking a creative, caring, and collaborative Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood program.

We are expanding our preschool program to better support working families while continuing to provide a warm, play-based learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

For more than 50 years, families throughout Dedham and the surrounding communities have trusted the DCH Preschool to provide exceptional early childhood experiences rooted in creativity, exploration, and connection.

Located on the campus of the Dedham Community House, our preschool features expansive outdoor play and learning areas, unique enrichment opportunities, and nearly 2,200 square feet of indoor gym space for movement and active play throughout the year.

Our classrooms emphasize emergent curriculum, hands-on learning, independence, social-emotional development, and meaningful relationships.
