Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

The Performance Consultant is accountable for creating/maintaining training

requirements in our LMS that ensure Operations Technology & Operations (OTI)

compliance with mandatory and departmental requirements, utilize needs

assessment to design/deliver high-impact training in collaboration with PD

Manager and outside vendors, and serve as OTI training point of contact and

liaison between OTI and Global Quality Training and Development (GQTD).

* Works with Manager, Performance Development and outside vendors to

design, and in some cases deliver OTI trainings.

* Create/maintain training requirements in LMS to ensure compliance

of mandatory and departmental requirements.

* Administration (e.g. contractor on-boarding, monthly training

metrics, communicating critical SOP revision updates, serve as

expert/liaison for QA Training)

* Collaborates with Manager, Performance Development to idetnify

training needs based on business goals and objectives.

* Participates in Process Improvement Activities and Special

Projects as needed.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Excel)

* Familarity with Indstructional Design Software (such as Captivate

and/or Articulate)

* Prior experience with LMS Systems like ISOTrain a plus

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Excel)
