What we expect from you
Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers!
  • Teaching: Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, you need to love what you do, so you need to love to teach!
  • Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. We respond in professional ways, but with a personal touch, every time.
  • Office Tasks: Including answering phone calls, texts, emails, instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries required
  • Public Speaking: Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer.
  • Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.
  • Schedules: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends are all possible shifts, this is not a 9 to 5!

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to Somersault Operating, and not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations spread across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA).
