Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
  • Coordinate vendors and ensure quality work
  • Assist with admin tasks, reporting, and client communication
  • Support move-ins/outs, tours, and field operations
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion
