Job description

LaserBlast is an engineering, manufacturing, sales and service business working with entertainment centers around the world. Products are primarily professional laser tag systems.


We are seeking a marketing administrator to work with clients, partner companies, company sales reps and installation technicians to ensure smooth project completion, customer satisfaction and success.


Maintain digital presence, design marketing materials

Primarily work in our Plymouth office just off of M-14 & Gotfredson Rd. Occasional travel will be requested to attend trade shows, and collect photos/videos from local client locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tradeshow preparation, including scheduling of travel, completion of paperwork, ordering furnishings, electrical, and other forms.
  • Coordinate projects, including site readiness verification, coordinating with other industry partners, and scheduling of travel.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with invoices, payment processing & project coordination.
  • Assist sales director by contacting leads and prospects.
  • Work with the team to capture content and post to Wordpress web page & social media.
  • Assist with creation and mailing of bi-monthly customer newsletter, targeted mailers.
  • Organization & clerical work around the office.

Preferred Skills:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds infrequently
  • Ability to climb ladders infrequently (photo shoots, trade show setup, office shelves)
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods during infrequent travel times


General Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work out of town infrequently including overnight stays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to maintain focus and manage time well
  • Due to international travel restrictions- No felony record. No serious misdemeanors within the past 10 years
