Job Description

Performs daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal, typewriter, and other word processors.

  • Compiles report data
  • Files scanned documents
  • Operates basic office equipment including copy machines printers letter opening machines and scanners
  • Performs typing and other clerical duties as requested
Qualifications
  • High School or GED Required or 2+ years equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated analytical skills Ability to analyze and evaluate documented information
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written oral and diagram form
  • Basic typing word processing email systems and data entry skills
