Legal Administrative Assistant/Word Processing Admin

A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant/Word Processing Admin to provide high-quality document production and administrative support to attorneys and practice groups. This role is ideal for someone with strong law firm experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing polished, accurate work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, proofread, edit, and finalize a wide variety of legal and business documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and memoranda.
  • Revise and format complex documents while ensuring consistency with firm templates and formatting standards.
  • Create and edit tables, charts, graphics, and other document elements.
  • Convert documents between Word, PDF, Excel, and PowerPoint while resolving formatting issues.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, opening new matters, and assisting with document management.
  • Deliver professional reception coverage during designated periods by greeting visitors and answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Support multiple attorneys and practice groups while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications
