  • Coordinate subcontractors performing civil, concrete, electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, and infrastructure-related work.
  • Monitor construction quality through inspections, punch walks, test reports, progress reviews, and closeout documentation.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with customer and engineering requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, customers, project managers, and internal operations leadership to resolve field issues quickly.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, identify risks, and communicate project status to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

About You:

  • You are safety-minded and make safe work practices part of your day-to-day routine.
  • You have a strong track record of completing construction projects safely, on time, and with a high level of quality.
  • You are comfortable managing field construction activities, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and customer expectations.
  • You have experience managing both civil/concrete/foundation work and electrical infrastructure work.
  • You have worked in telecom, data center, utility, commercial, industrial, electrical, EV, or other critical infrastructure construction environments.
  • You understand civil construction activities such as site development, excavation, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, foundations, trenching, conduit, equipment pads, grounding, utility coordination, and site preparation.
  • You understand electrical infrastructure such as electrical rooms, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, panels, feeders, grounding, conduit, power distribution, and NEC-related requirements.
  • You have experience with data centers, central offices, telecom shelters, wireless sites, EV charging sites, utility projects, or industrial buildouts.
  • You are able to read and interpret civil drawings, electrical drawings, construction plans, specifications, blueprints, and project schedules.

  • You are hands-on, practical, and willing to work closely with your team to help drive projects forward.
  • You have experience maintaining strong working relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field crews, and internal teams.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Project, and are able to learn company-specific systems and tools.
  • You have 3+ years of construction management experience in telecom, data center, utility, commercial, industrial, electrical, or critical infrastructure construction.
