Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Wireless Operations Analyst to manage wireless feature requests and technical issues in mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing customer support, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies regarding mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Fulfill requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc.
โ€ข Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
โ€ข Collaborates with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve mobile app problems.
โ€ข Proficient in managing and configuring Intune for mobile devices management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions for Intune Company Portal Experience.
โ€ข Process orders for new client Wireless equipment including collecting mailing address and ordering/shipping the correct assets based on the employee role.
โ€ข Perform executive support including in-person device set ups, answer questions regarding the proper use of client equipment, the client mobile applications and the client Wireless programs in accordance with established client policies.
โ€ข IT Analyst will be responsible for researching and refreshing outdated devices providing an updated corporate device.
โ€ข Ensures to educate corporate users on the compliance settings to protect corporate data on mobile devices.
โ€ข Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Provide customer support through Service Requests/Incidents.
โ€ข Support and facilitate incidents towards Return to Service ( "RTSโ€)
