Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Treasury Analyst. Under minimum supervision, this position performs a variety of working level functions including calculating, verifying, and summarizing information using a working knowledge of treasury principles and methods. At this level, incumbents may maintain assigned segments of the records. Expectations are to help maintain and ensure accuracy of financial information and records.

Responsibilities
Treasury and Banking Operations
• Administer and maintain Church banking and account records.
• Coordinate new bank account openings, account modifications, and account closures.
• Assist with bank product implementations, treasury projects, and banking system updates.
Internal Account Management
• Manage Church Unit Banking System internal account specifications and account structures
• Process unit bank and account changes
• Coordinate updates to banking information and account configurations
• Ensure banking records remain accurate and aligned with Church operational requirements.
Unit Support and Banking Transitions
• Support creation of new units and related banking setup activities.
• Coordinate account closures and banking transitions.
• Manage requests for unit banking supplies and night drop keys.
Payment Processing and Accounting Support
• Process domestic and international wire transfers.
• Process ACH transactions and related research activities.
• Prepare and submit CFIS journal entries.
Project Leadership and Coordination
• Support treasury-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist with implementation and testing of treasury systems and banking platforms.
• Provide training and guidance on treasury processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Preferred
• Experience with treasury management and banking operations.
• Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, account administration, and cash management.
• Notary public commission or ability to obtain one.
