Job description

WinnCompanies is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Olmdstead Green West, a 300-unit mixed income residential community located in Mattapan, MA.
 
In this role, you will act as first point of contact at a Winn Managed property. Your primary responsibility is to provide a great customer service to our residents, clients and others through the telephone, face-to-face reception, mail and messages.
 

Please note that the pay range for this position is $16.70 to $20.85 per hour, dependent on experience. The work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate contact.
  • Listen to resident complaints, log, and send to appropriate contacts.
  • Greet guest and guide them to appropriate colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and Outlook for daily operations, communication, and record keeping.
  • Provide professional support to address and resolve concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous reception experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.Â
