Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end-to-end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome-based end-user experience (EUX) management.
Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations
Strong experience with:
• VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments
• Windows OS administration and image management
• ITIL-based processes experience
• Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations
