IS Systems Manager Details

Essential Job Duties:

  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, expansions, and migrations
  • Monitor and maintain servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms
  • Perform regular maintenance on Disaster Recovery site
  • Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, ISE, and     wireless networks
  • Network device patching and switch port configurations
  • Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and incident response
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Work closely with other IT functional groups and IT leadership
  • Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Install and support patient video delivery system headend and patient room TVs
  • Manage and support conference room video systems

Qualifications:

  • Veeam VMCE certification
  • Milestone MCIT/MCDE certification
  • 9+ years of experience in Healthcare IT infrastructure, system administration, fiber testing and certification

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with Verkada cameras, access control and alarms
  • Experience with core fiber connectivity
  • Experience with Pure Storage
  • Experience with building Disaster Recovery sites and COLOs
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
