About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing window film on a variety of vehicles as well as residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works efficiently, and consistently delivers clean, bubble-free results.

Responsibilities

  • Install window tint film on cars, trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles
  • Install window film on residential homes and commercial buildings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces prior to installation
  • Cut film to precise measurements using templates or freehand techniques
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality, adhesion, and appearance meet standards
  • Communicate with customers about film options, tint levels, and care instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle tools and equipment with care and keep inventory stocked

Requirements

  • 2+ years of window tint installation experience (auto and/or flat glass)
  • Ability to produce clean, professional results with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for quality
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work on your feet and in confined spaces for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with both automotive and flat glass/residential installation
  • Familiarity with leading film brands
