WONDER is seeking experienced independent contractor Window & Door installation crews for consistent residential installation projects throughout the Rochester market.
WONDER is looking for professional independent contractors capable of excellent window and door installs (Pocket Installs and FFRR Installs) and providing exceptional customer experience. If you are a capable independent contractor that does not want to chase down your own leads for a consistent work schedule, let us do that for you!
Our model typically consists of two-man crews per job. Many of our partners run multiple teams depending on their own operation. We offer consistent volume and a proven process for managing jobs and payment.

Compensation:
  • Based on subcontractor rate sheet, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1,500–$6,000

Qualifications:
  • Driver's License
  • Communication skills
  • Liability Insurance, Workers Comp Insurance, Auto Insurance
  • Construction experience (e.g., carpentry, window/door installation, brake work)
  • Certified LEAD RRP
  • LLC established or created
  • Customer service
  • Work Vehicle (Box Truck preferred)
  • Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding

Job Summary:
  • Responsible for the professional installation of replacement windows and doors according to industry best practices and Wonder installation standards
  • Must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place to perform their job function.
  • In some cases, installation will require the ability to work in a confined space and in various types of weather.
  • Crews are responsible for accurate documentation and photo submission via our project management system
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites, with proper disposal of job site debris
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to safely use power tools.
  • The ability to use a metal brake to trim windows and doors.
  • Work on a ladder or scaffolding as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.
  • Load and transport job materials to the job site.
  • Prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.
  • Reviewing project details with customers in their home.
  • Collect payment from customers at substantial completion of job.
