Job description

Residential Installer Helper

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Missoula MT

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a reliable and hardworking Residential Installer Helper to assist our lead installers with residential glass and window installation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for long-term career growth within a well-established company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Foreman with residential installation projects
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely
  • Help install windows, glass, mirrors, shower doors, screens, and other products
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Perform general labor duties as needed to support installation crews

Qualifications

  • Construction, glazing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred
