Key Responsibilities What Youll Be Doing

Install, repair, and replace a wide range of glass and glazing products, including windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and specialty glass
Precisely measure, cut, and fit glass to exact specifications using industry tools and equipment
Safely handle and transport glass, following best practices for safety and quality
Apply sealants, weatherproofing, and finishing materials to ensure top-quality installations
Accurately document all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/Mainstreet)
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining services, aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in the shop, on job sites, and in service vehicles
Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls, including in-shop and mobile jobs as required. As well as after hour emergency board up calls.
