Job Overview

Student Works Home Maintenance is hiring motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Full-Time Window Cleaners and Exterior Home Maintenance Technicians. You will work on residential properties across North York and Toronto delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services while representing the Student Works brand professionally.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy physical work, being outside, and working in a supportive team environment. You will receive full training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. This position may also qualify as a paid co-op opportunity for eligible students.


Responsibilities
  • Perform window cleaning on residential homes

  • Complete exterior services such as:

    • Gutter cleaning

    • Gutter guard installation

    • Pressure washing

    • Polymeric sand installation

  • Set up and safely use ladders and cleaning equipment

  • Maintain a professional and respectful presence with homeowners

  • Follow safety procedures and company training guidelines

  • Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Keep tools and job sites organized and safe
