As we are experiencing tremendous growth, consumer demand for more luxurious, automated products is at an all-time high. We are seeking professional, organized, and hardworking superstars to join our team.

  • Comprehensive two-week training period to provide you with the essential tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Expect a yearly average income of $60,000 - $100,000
  • Our company offers a career path in sales and management, with progression determined by performance rather than time spent with the company.
  • Choose one of two structure options based on experience and preference:
    • a bi-weekly salary of $1,300 +4-6% Commission
    • 10-12% Commission w/o base salary (better for seasoned and experienced sales individuals)
  • Window Treatment Design Services, Designer or Sales Experience is a big plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Willing and able to travel within a 50-mile radius to home visits and design firms.
  • Stay up to date on current design trends and available products offered by Window Treats.
  • Provide excellent customer service, whether in-store or at the customer's home.
  • Expertly match our products and services to clients' needs.
  • Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a book of business with clients, designers, and architectural firms.
  • Comfortable utilizing computer-based software such as CRM, Microsoft, and web-based software.

Qualifications for Success:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably in interior design, high-end retail, custom furnishings, or luxury home improvement services.
  • Background in interior design and/or home décor consulting - higher education or industry experience working alongside designers or architects is a big plus but not required.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetics, spatial planning, and design trends, with the ability to advise clients on product selections that suit their lifestyle and needs.
  • 3+ Years of Professional level experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or industry software to manage leads, track projects, and communication.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to educate clients on product lines and exemplify the Window Treats values in a confident yet warm manner.
  • Comfortable conducting in-home consultations, measuring spaces accurately, and presenting tailored solutions to homeowners and business professionals.
  • Established network within the design or real estate community in the New Jersey area is a plus but not required - designers, architects, and builders.
  • Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio, with a talent for nurturing long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Self-motivated, organized, deliberate, with a genuine passion for design, innovation, and creating meaningful, beautiful environments.
