This is a rare opportunity to build a new market from the ground up for one of the top home remodeling companies in the United States.
If you thrive in a high-performance environment, lead with integrity, and want to write the next chapter of your sales career with a fast-growing, nationally recognized brand-now's your moment.
What's in it for You:
  • Uncapped Earnings: 100% commission structure with annual earnings between $150,000 and $450,000
  • Premium Benefits: Full health, dental, and vision insurance; short- and long-term disability; ClassPass wellness benefit; 401(k) with company match
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Tracked and paid through Fleetio
  • Territory Launch Power: Be one of the first boots on the ground in Los Angeles County, helping Lifetime build an award-winning brand presence in Southern California
  • Lead Flow You Can Count On: Pre-qualified, company-set appointments from trusted sources like Costco, retail events, and partnerships.
  • Brand Prestige: Represent iconic names like Infinity from Marvin (we're their #1 dealer in the U.S.)
  • Company Growth: Ranked #29 among all remodeling companies nationwide, Lifetime offers the infrastructure, support, and innovation to help you succeed long-term

Schedule:
This is a full-time, field-based role with appointments scheduled throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. Flexibility is key-evenings and weekends are required based on customer demand.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads, delivering a consultative, educational experience that earns trust
  • Customized Proposals: Offer tailored design and pricing options showcasing the beauty, performance, and ROI of our window and siding systems
  • Project Ownership: Guide clients from consultation through close, delivering white-glove service and clear communication
  • Market Growth: Network with HOAs, realtors, and local influencers to expand awareness and build long-term sales opportunities
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, production, and customer care to ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish

What You'll Need:
  • Sales Mastery: Proven success in in-home or commission-based sales (experience with Infinity from Marvin is a major plus)
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Driven by results, motivated by goals, and disciplined in your daily routine
  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and persuasive. Spanish fluency is a strong plus
  • Licensing: Must obtain and maintain any in-home sales license as required by California law
  • Mobility: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to carry up to 50 lbs for samples/materials

Our Journey:
Founded in 2009 by Peter Svedin, Lifetime started in Colorado with a mission to deliver top-quality home improvement with craftsmanship, integrity, and white-glove service. That vision became a $100M business with national recognition across Denver, Phoenix, and now-Southern California.
Peter was named Denver Business Journal's Most Admired CEO in 2024. We've earned national awards for performance and ethics, and ranked a Top 10 Fastest Growing Company multiple years in a row.
The Story:
We've redefined in-home sales. You'll run high-quality, pre-confirmed leads from Costco, neighborhood events, and retail partnerships-no cold calls. Our premium products include Infinity from Marvin and James Hardie Siding. We've raised over $160K for Firefly Autism, support Strike Out Hunger with the Rockies, and give back to every market we enter.
Our new California operations bring the same energy, ethics, and excellence that made our Denver HQ famous-complete with a $5M facility, golf simulator, and Andy Warhol originals on the wall.
Join Us:
As a Window and Siding Design Consultant in Los Angeles County, you'll be part of something bigger than sales-you'll be part of building a legacy. If you're ready to crush goals, change lives, and lead with heart, we want to meet you.
Apply today and start your next chapter with Lifetime!
