This is a full-time, field-based role with appointments scheduled throughout the Phoenix area. Flexibility is key-expect to work evenings and weekends based on client availability.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads, offering an educational and value-driven experience that earns trust and builds rapport.
  • Customized Proposals: Provide tailored design and pricing options that highlight the beauty, performance, and ROI of Lifetime's windows systems.
  • Project Ownership: Guide clients from consultation through close, answering questions and delivering white-glove service throughout the process.
  • Market Growth: Network with country clubs, HOA leaders, realtors, and local influencers to build relationships that fuel long-term business development.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and customer care teams to ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
  • Sales Mastery: Proven success in in-home or commission-based sales-experience with window products is a major plus.
  • Drive and Discipline: Independent, self-starting, and motivated by big goals and even bigger rewards.
  • Top-Tier Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in customer interactions. Spanish-speaking is a strong plus.
  • Mobility: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to carry up to 50 lbs during in-home visits.
