Job description

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Technical Manager with strong expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink, PLM implementations, upgrades, and migrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end Windchill solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and technical delivery across large-scale PLM programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead Windchill PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration activities.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with program managers, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver PLM solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.
  • Prepare and review As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
  • Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink based on business requirements.
  • Understand and support integrations with downstream applications and enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical guidance, solution design, and proof of concepts (POCs) when required.
  • Support project documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Manage technical and functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink.
  • Strong experience in PLM implementation, upgrades, migrations, and solution delivery.
  • Experience delivering 2-3 end-to-end Windchill implementations.
  • Expertise in PLM solution specification, configuration, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and technology integration frameworks.
  • Experience using structured methodologies for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise PLM solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale PLM projects involving business and IT teams.
  • Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing technical and functional teams.
