Job Summary:
ClifyX is seeking an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM customization and Java development. The ideal candidate will design and implement custom solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement custom Windchill PLM solutions and enhancements
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Lead and support developers in resolving technical challenges and implementing best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Support Windchill enhancement, configuration, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate on technical design discussions, story refinement, and effort estimation
• Develop utilities to support migration and ETL activities
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
• Support BOM Management, Change Management, Release Processes, and CAD Integrations
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC practices, and architecture guidelines
• Assist in training team members on Windchill features and functionalities
• Contribute to implementation methodologies and customization standards
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM Development and Customization
• Strong expertise in Windchill Data Model, Windchill Architecture, Java, and SQL
• Experience designing and implementing custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM
• Strong understanding of PLM domain concepts and business processes
• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and SDLC practices
