Product Innovation
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Architects to transform customer and market needs into product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify deployment, configuration, and user adoption.

  • Help bridge the gap between customer challenges and product innovation.

Engineering Excellence
  • Deliver clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
  • Champion automated testing, code quality, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
  • Help elevate engineering standards across the organization.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on Windchill development, customization, or integration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java and modern .NET development (.net Core)
  • Deep understanding of Windchill architecture, APIs, object model, workflows, and integration patterns.
  • Experience building enterprise integrations between complex business systems.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with other PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, or Agile PLM.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in a SaaS product company.
  • Exposure to modern AI-powered development practices and tools.

What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
  • Become a key contributor to our Windchill integration strategy.
  • Deliver strategic connector capabilities used by enterprise customers.
