Bosch construction is looking for a lead carpenter and a Four Seasons Sunrooms installer.  
Bosch Construction is a remodeling company on Whidbey Island that is partnered with Four Seasons Sunrooms. We Also Build new homes and additions. We mainly work on Whidbey island but if we have a sunroom to build. Then a willingness to travel as far South as Tacoma and as for North as Blaine or Port Roberts. Depending on where the job may be located. Owner or lead carpenter will drive to job site locations for Sunrooms.
Bosch Construction is looking for an in-house installer to install Four Seasons Sunrooms.
The candidate will be working for the Bosch Construction that sells and builds their industry-leading sunrooms and patio covers across the Island and on the mainland.
 
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in carpentry and building. The candidate will be provided training by us on how to build our sunrooms so they can then go on to run job sites and build sunrooms across the island and on the mainland. The following skills and character sets are required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building and carpentry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and a wide range of experience with all aspects of remodeling.
  • Trim Carpentry experience is preferred
  • Experience in running a small crew and delegating to job site helpers
  • Attention to detail and always looking to be as accurate as possible is preferred
  • Customer service minded with good communication skills
  • Take’s pride in work and also the job site must be a tidy operator.
  • A driving license
  • Punctual and organized.
  • Job tasks to start are Concrete work experience, framing, insulating, sheetrock, mud, tape, texture, painting, Trim work, Siding, window and door installation.
Mainly We do a lot of framing, window and door installation, trim carpentry, siding and we build decks. We also do a lot of demo work. Usually we use subcontractors for the rest on What any given Job entails.
This position will offer a competitive salary reflective of experience along with achievable monthly bonuses and benefits.
