Commercial Door Estimator / Project manager : The Project Manager is responsible for creating accurate estimates and providing expert recommendations for the completion, installation, or repair of various typers of commercial doors and docks. This role requires extensive knowledge of all types of doors and associated hardware. The Project Manager will deliver superior customer service by surveying doors, spaces, and collecting precise measurements on-site. This position demands high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to document all findings and customer requests. The Project Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.

Commercial Door Estimator / Project Manager Task Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Create accurate and competitive estimates for commercial door and dock projects.

2. Provide expert recommendations for completing, installing, or repairing various types of commercial doors and docks.

3. Maintain a vast knowledge of all types of commercial doors, associated hardware, and loading dock equipment.

4. Deliver superior customer service, including surveying door spaces, collecting measurements, and documenting all on-site findings and customer requests.

5. Actively generate sales through excellent service and expert advice.

6. Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.

7. Coordinate and manage the ordering of necessary materials for each project.

Commercial Door Estimator / Project Manager Job-related Skills:
