Job description

A nonprofit, critical-access hospital located on Whidbey Island, Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its primary care clinic team. This is a full‑time opportunity offering a balanced schedule and a supportive work environment.

Position Details

Providers work a 4‑day work week with 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time, which can be completed remotely. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, seeing 16‑20 patients per day. Call responsibilities are minimal, occurring only a few times per year, with telephone call coverage; additional pay is provided for call duties.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $131,000-$154,888, plus productivity and quality incentive bonuses
  • Sign‑on bonus
  • Generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long‑term disability, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and flexible spending accounts
  • 6 weeks PTO plus additional CME time and allowance
