Job description


The Customer Service Representative has a high level of customer service skills. Customer Service Representative can operate with minimal supervision and can act as a team lead for office staff in absence of any other branch management present. Customer Service Representative assists with new hire employee training also plays an active role in assisting supervisor with individual projects, reports, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support by applying knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures through phone, email, and direct customer interactions.
  • Coordinate and follow up with all IAA branches to ensure customer service requests are completed accurately and within established timelines.
  • Resolve complex and escalated buyer and customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across all IAA branches.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute standard reports, and develop customized reports as needed.
  • Conduct research to support purchasing decisions and resolve complex, multi-faceted issues.
  • Oversee the sale of commercial vehicles, ensuring the bidding and auction processes are conducted ethically and in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and support the service needs of designated customer groups, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate vehicle storage and post-sale handling costs for commercial vehicles across IAA branches and remote locations.
  • Monitor buyer payment, vehicle release, and pickup activities to ensure compliance with IAA service level expectations and required timelines.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of related industry with focus on commercial and special line vehicles.
