Location: Western Region (multi-state oversight)
Reports To: Regional Vice President, Western Region
Territory: 10 branches spanning California, Washington, and Nevada 

Work Arrangement: Regular travel to branch and customer locations

The Job at a Glance 

We are seeking a dynamic, high-impact sales leader to drive profitable revenue growth across our Southland Region. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, execution, and team performance across six established brands: Industrial Electric Service, 3Wire Commercial Service, NorthSound Refrigeration, Hitech Commercial Service, P&D Appliance, and Commercial Appliance Service. 

This is not a siloed leadership role. The right leader will unify diverse teams, align go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performance sales culture while respecting the identity, strengths, and customer relationships of each brand. Success requires a balance of relationship-building, accountability, operational discipline, and strong business acumen. 

This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a regional sales organization while making a direct and meaningful impact on the business. Regular travel to customers and branch locations across the assigned territory will be required.

Key Responsibilities 

Regional Sales Leadership 

  • Own and drive profitable revenue growth across all 6 Brands in the Western Region 
  • Develop and execute a unified regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives 
  • Establish clear targets, KPIs, and accountability measures across all brands 
  • Improve sales visibility, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting 

Team Development & Performance 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of sales leaders and account managers
