The Senior Food and Beverage Manager oversees food and beverage operations for a premier western resort in Wyoming, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across dining outlets and event functions. This role is responsible for leading a talented team, maintaining the highest standards of service and culinary quality, and driving financial performance in a unique, destination-driven hospitality environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Senior Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury resort, western hospitality environment, or similar full-service property
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing food and beverage performance across multiple outlets
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while maintaining a culture of service excellence and western hospitality
Responsibilities
